Rent and Deposit Assist

Our rental assistance program helps households that have experienced a temporary financial crisis beyond their control. Clients must have a current lease in identify or be able to sign a lease. Fiscal assistance may encompass deposits or rent only. We are unable to assist with: mortgages or payments to roommate situations or family members. Payments are fabricated directly to the landlord or holding management company.

COVID-19 Rental Assistance

The Emergency Rental Assistance program can help renters who are unable to pay their rent and utilities due to circumstances related to COVID-xix. This program is run through the State of Utah. Homeless Services

Utah Community Activeness provides intake and diversion services at all of the Homeless Resource Centers in Salt Lake County.
